What is DeFoRa Art?
DeFoRa Art is a UK-based 3D printing studio. We design and print unique home decor, collectibles, figurines, fidget toys and personalised gifts — all made to order from our studio in Bramhall, Stockport.
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add your item to the cart and complete checkout. Add any personalisation details in the order notes. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details straight away.
How long does production take?
Every item is made to order. Please allow 1–2 working days for production before dispatch. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Orders over £50 receive free shipping.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us at sales@defora.co.uk to arrange a return.
How do I get in touch?
You can reach us via the Contact page on our website or by emailing sales@defora.co.uk. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
Products & Personalisation
Can I request a custom item?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be personalised with a name, message or custom colour. Simply add your requirements in the order notes at checkout and we will take care of the rest.
What materials do you use?
All our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA and PETG filaments. These are eco-friendly, durable materials suitable for home decor and everyday use.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping as an add-on. Simply mention it in your order notes at checkout and we will make sure your item is beautifully wrapped and ready to give.
Are your products safe for children?
Our 3D printed items are designed for adults and older children. Small parts may be present on some products, so they are not suitable for children under 3. Always check the product description for specific age guidance.
How do I care for my 3D printed item?
Keep your item away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Wipe clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. PLA items are not dishwasher safe. With proper care, your piece will last for years.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we are working towards. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch international delivery.
